Parkchester is an ethnically diverse middle-class residential community situated on 121 acres in the Bronx, New York. Over 45,000 individuals live and work in our community. Parkchester includes over 160 multi-story buildings, 12,000 apartments and numerous commercial enterprises including major retailers, theaters, restaurants and small specialty shops. Parkchester North Condominium, Inc. and Parkchester South Condominium, Inc. are not-for-profit corporations and condominium associations. Although operating separately as two distinct organizations, the two condominiums work cooperatively for the benefit of our community.

The Parkchester Condominiums maintains public parks and a variety of recreational services and events for our residents including our summer concert series at The Oval, the Friendship Day and Kite Day festivals as well as a free computer center with Internet access and mini-library. We also have arts and crafts and game centers in the South, West and East Quadrants for our younger residents as well as organized youth sporting leagues

The Parkchester South Condominium and Parkchester Preservation Company have their main offices at 2000 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, New York 10462. The Parkchester North Condominium has its main office at 1970 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, New York 10462.

The Parkchester Condominiums are easily accessible by public transportation and close to major highways including both the Cross Bronx and Bruckner Expressways.
